Get ready to celebrate
User acceptance testing (UAT, also known as beta testing, application testing or end user testing) is the last thing you’ll do before going live. During UAT, you’ll assemble a group of actual end-users to test the LMS to make sure it can handle required tasks in real-world scenarios, according to the specifications we established in Phase I. UAT is the final and critical project procedure that must occur before your LMS is ready for prime-time. As in everything, we’ll be right there with you at every step, providing friendly guidance and suggestions and making sure that everything goes smoothly.
- We’ll help you design test cases to cover all the functional scenarios of the LMS in real-world usage. These will be written in a simple manner, so as to make the test process easier for the testers.
- Next we’ll help you select a testing team comprised of real-world end users. They’ll execute the designed test cases and log any bugs that they find on a special form that we’ll help you create.
- Finally, our team will make any adjustments to your site so that it is completely bug-free. Only after your platform clearly functions in a manner suited to your real-world circumstances and usage will we offer to let you sign off that the platform is ready to go live.
- The launch party. We’ve been to WAY too many of these, so you’re on your own for this one. Just be sure to show us the pictures!
